Genalyn Outland

Gen Outland is a 7-year seasoned Associate Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Enchanted Lands, REALTORS, a real estate company located in Roswell, NM. Outland is a graduate of College Of The Southwest in Hobbs, NM where she received her BA in business administration with an emphasis on marketing.

After graduation, Gen built her professional career at a Wal-Mart Store in Roswell, NM as an assistant and co-manager. With 6 years of management in a retail store of over 400 employees and customers backing her, Gen was able to easily switch profession to enjoy a more flexible scheduling and fulfilling career. Her strong desire to succeed and hard work has led her to receive the “MOST OPEN HOUSES” award for 7 years running. That eventually led her to create the “OPEN HOUSE EXTRAVAGANZA” for BHHS Enchanted Lands, REALTORS and its associates to duplicate the event and benefiting the sellers with a much-needed exposure of their listings. In the interim, her creativeness has led her to build a successful business partnership with Rocky Langley. It was in this capacity that allowed her to add on other team members one year later (Michelle Rhoads & Josh Weber) to form a team concept known as Pecos Valley Team (PV Team). Gen’s expanding expertise on the First Time Homebuyer’s program has led her to develop seminars and projects beneficial to the Pecos Valley Team. She also served as chairperson for the Roswell MLS program, where she organized speakers, venues, sponsorships, luncheons, and meetings.

Gen believes that life offers opportunities to each of us and that life should be enjoyed to the fullest with others that are near and dear to our hearts. That being said, what better way to create memories than having a beautiful home to enjoy with family and friends!
