Gavin Bigger

Raised in Ruidoso & Alto New Mexico, Gavin Bigger is a natural benefit to property buyers and sellers in Lincoln County and other Enchanted Lands. “After earning degrees in Business and Economics from the University of New Mexico, I moved back to my hometown and resort destination to raise my family with my wife and start investing in our community.” Gavin began his career in real estate in the property management realm with a focus on vacation rentals. Now, he solely manages sales transactions for the consumers of his wonderful mountain getaway. Today, Gavin Bigger is the Sales Team Leader for the Lincoln County Division of the Southeastern New Mexico Brokerage.

When Gavin isn’t working, he’s staying active in the community. As an active member of Ruidoso’s Rotary Club, he does consistently participate in service projects and fundraising activities. He is also a member of the board of directors for the Gavilan Hills Improvement Association and Fox Hollow Condominiums. “I love to get outdoors and enjoy everything home has to offer, like the ski resort in the Winter, horse racing in the Summer, and camping/hiking/biking in the national forest or by the lakes and rivers.”
